Cleaners clean up!Young volunteers from the One Stop Laundry Shop spent a gorgeous Saturday, October 20, cleaning up trash along the Monon Trail. The kids enjoyed being outside, seeing the fall colors of the Monon Rail-Trail corridor, and helping out the environment. Trash cleanups are a big part of Indy Parks Greenways commitment. These efforts provide positive learning experiences for youth and community groups, as well as insight and vision for future environmental conservation. |
